Meet Our Founder and President
CPC, entrepreneur and author, Karen Grosz is the Founder of Canvas Creek Team Building. Karen has owned several successful businesses, opening her first when she was just 9 years old. She also worked in sales, managed a direct sales field with 10,000 consultants and 50 million in annual sales and is happiest when she is improving the bottom line of those she coaches. While developing and building on the strengths of the team, Karen coaches companies to grow and look for new and energizing ways to do business. Vision, strategic thinking and collaboration are her strengths. The fact that she scores an equal balance of all characteristics in DISC is what makes her such an effective team builder. She can see problems, and more importantly the solutions that will work for everyone in the conversation. There is always a positive and something to be excited about in Karen's world.
