We don't like to brag, but people love this experience!
When Ken from Conoco Phillips told his team what they would be doing during their retreat, they laughed at him. They said it would, well, we can't use that word. Imagine the smile Ken wore the day after Canvas Creek when his team, 27 men and one woman, gave him a standing ovation because of the experience. Imagine our smile when he called to tell us about it. We like getting standing o's for people.
It's a team thing.
It's a team thing.

"As I was focusing on the area of canvas that I was painting, it suddenly occurred to me that perhaps I should step back and look at what everyone else was doing to see what I might add to help bring it all together! If someone changes it, that was my contribution to the team; there was value in their addition." ~Eric "I spent a lot of time thinking about the experience and I think it helped me deal with some of my feelings of insignificance and how I need to speak up more often." ~ Barb
