Stage One: Begin
Several people, one canvas, some key instructions; just as you would expect, it's chaos. Some people scoff, some 'humor' us and some jump right in. Begin is everything that happens from the moment your team enters the room until the moment they realize they can work together to accomplish the project.   
Stage Two: Become
At the end of stage one we throw in some unexpected twists and viola: everyone is painting. Not just painting though; they are creating art and learning things they never knew about one another. The second stage of the process is when the group becomes a team, with everyone cooperating and having a great time putting not just paint on a canvas, but putting themselves on the canvas as well.  What they like, how they interact with others; it's all right there.  Become: it's really amazing to watch!

Stage Three, Believe
Believe begins with the first high five the team shares when looking at their finished art and never really ends. The art becomes a symbol of both the struggles and the triumphs of the team. The pride they feel is often puzzling to those who look at the final product, but that's okay; beauty is in the eye of the beholder and we think strong teams and their art are really beautiful!
